Become one of the MeasureCamp Spain volunteers

MeasureCamp is built by people who contribute.

People contribute in many different ways. Some lead sessions, others share ideas or support sponsors. Volunteers may also help attendees find the right room, keep the session board moving, support timing, check that food arrives and solve small problems before anyone else even notices them.

That is what volunteering at MeasureCamp Spain is about.

Volunteering means contributing directly to the experience everyone shares on the day.

In addition, you will meet people with similar interests, work closely with the organising team and build new professional connections while supporting the analytics, data and MarTech community.

What MeasureCamp Spain volunteers can bring

You do not need to be an analytics expert.

What matters more is that you are:

• reliable
• proactive
• comfortable working with people
• ready to take responsibility for an agreed task
• curious about the community
• happy to contribute where the team needs you

For example, there are many ways to make an impact during the event, from welcoming attendees and supporting the session board to helping with rooms, timing, sponsors, food, setup and all the small details that make the day run smoothly.

What volunteers get from the experience

Volunteering puts you right inside the event rather than simply observing it.

You will have the chance to:

At the same time, we also want volunteers to enjoy the day. Once responsibilities are covered, there will naturally be opportunities to join conversations and experience parts of the event.

But the starting point is simple:

What could you help with?

Volunteer responsibilities may include:

• attendee welcome and registration
• session board support
• room guidance and timekeeping
• practical sponsor support
• food and refreshments
• setup and cleanup
• general event coordination
• helping solve unexpected issues during the day

We will divide responsibilities in advance and make sure everyone knows what they are responsible for.

Who should apply?

People who genuinely want to contribute to the event and community.

You might already work in analytics, marketing, technology or data. You might be studying or moving into the industry. Or you might simply enjoy community events and being part of the team that makes them happen.

Previous event experience is not required.

Commitment is.

MeasureCamp Spain volunteers are part of the community experience, helping the event feel useful, welcoming and well organised from the first registration moment to the final session.
